  Walk in to a fine establishment with wood fixtures and period chandeliers an excellent outdoor seating is available at the saloon. The appetizers and the entrees are prepared by a kitchen that obviously is on the ball! I began my meal with a Shiner Bock in a glass that was chilled (But could have done the beer justice if it had been frosted) no foul taste in the beer shows they care about the quality. A bartender that appears to be novice. The Texas curios and outdoors atmosphere makes this place excellent for get togethers. My appetizer , Steak Rolls, country style steak wrapped with black beans, fresh cilantro, bell pepper, swaddled in a tortilla then deep fried and served with a jalapeno ranch. Was excellent. This is a Saloon...I like it .

  I had a decent ribeye. They cooked our steak excellent. The salad was good. House ginger dressing. Child's mac n cheese was really good. Lunch ribeye was $20, child's plate $7. 2 adults, one child was $51 with drinks.
